my Layby Online Account

To order with my Layby, you will need to complete an online registration form.

What will I need to register with my Layby?

Simply complete our online registration form, making sure to fill in all the details.

I don’t have an email address. Can I still order?

An email address is essential as this is the way we communicate with you. We recommend setting up an email account – many companies offer these free of charge.

I’m an existing customer. How do I log in?

Click on the ‘my Account / Join Up’ button at the top right of our website or click here. You will need to enter the email address you used to register, and your chosen password.

I can’t remember my password. How do I log in?

Just click on the ‘forgot password’  link under the email address and password boxes or click here and follow the steps to change your password. Please note that my Layby does not keep a record of passwords for security purposes.

What can I change via my online account?

  • Payment details
  • Residential and delivery addresses
  • Contact details

To make any other changes to your account or order, please contact us.

How do I find my order number?

For all full list of laybys you are currently paying off, please click on the ‘my Orders’ tab. If you have completed your payments, or if the order has been suspended or cancelled, please click on the ‘Cancelled, Suspended and Completed Orders’ tab.

For more information regarding each order, simply click on the ‘View Details’ button.

 

How do I view my payment schedule or transactions?

Once you have clicked on the ‘View Details’ button for your layby, scroll down and check the ‘Payment Schedule / Details’ and the ‘Order Transactions’ tabs.

 

I have signed up as a VIP – am I able to log in to my Layby?

No. The VIP registration records your name, postcode and email address only. You will need to register with us.

 

Why is my order ‘pending’?

Pending simply means that your layby is in the process of being paid for. Once your final payment has been received and your order is on its way, your order status will change to ‘Paid’ or ‘Completed’.
