How to Order

About ordering

All products are available via a Layby payment plan. There are no interest charges or credit traps.
Your order is delivered once your Layby is fully paid. You can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
It is important to familiarise yourself with the Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
Placing an order
Click the "Layby" button on the details page of any of the products you would like to purchase. You can then choose to pay for the product by selecting the delivery date you would like, or by choosing a payment amount that suits you. Proceed to your shopping cart where you can follow the simple instructions to “Continue” to shop or “Checkout”. It's that easy!  Refer Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
About Your Payments
Calculating payments
The amount of your payment will be determined by the term of your Layby and the frequency of payments. All products display a total price. Once you add items to your shopping cart you can click on the payment calculator to estimate your payments. This calculation takes into consideration the remaining time available to make payments before your chosen delivery date.
How can I pay for my order?
By Direct Debit from your Bank account or Mastercard or VISA Credit Card.
What is a Direct Debit Authority?
A Direct Debit Authority allows a payment to be automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card. By downloading and filling out the Direct Debit Request form, you are authorising my Layby to debit your payments from your chosen account.
At midnight on the day you have chosen (usually your pay day), our bank debits your account electronically. It’s easy. Just fill in the form and then... relax.
Can I stop /skip a payment?
Yes, (no fees will apply) if you call our Customer Service team on 1800 183 083 by midday the working day before your payment is due we can stop a payment (i.e.: before Friday midday for a Monday payment)
What happens if I miss a Layby payment?
If you miss a payment we will recalculate your remaining payments and email you to confirm your updated payment schedule. If you miss 3 consecutive payments we will cancel your order andemail you confirming this. Refer Terms and Conditions of Purchase for my Layby cancellation policy.
Will I be charged if I miss a Layby payment?
Yes, my Layby will charge you a small dishonour fee of $3.50 to cover charges we incur. Also your Bank, Credit Union or Building Society may charge you a fee due to insufficient funds.
What happens if I can’t keep up my payments?
We understand that circumstances change and if you are not able to keep paying, please call one of our friendly Customer Service team to discuss your options on 1800 183 083.
What happens to my payments on Public Holidays?
Your Direct Debit payment will come out the next working day. Please note that Chrisco my Layby is located in Sydney, therefore we observe all NSW public holidays. If you wish to skip a payment on a public holiday, or on the day after, you will need to let us know before midday on the working day prior.
